Activities in the area include surfing, fishing (both sea and river,) swimming, hiking, walking, and horse-riding. There are also two championship links courses nearby – Enniscrone, Ballina and Carne, Belmullet.

Our prices are the same throughout the year – we do not believe in increasing prices in the peak summer months.

Green Room and Dormer Room = 80 Euro for 2 people including full breakfast from our menu / single occupancy 60 Euro per night
Bay Room = 80 Euro for 2 people including full breakfast from our menu; 120 for 3 people
Blue Room (our smallest room) = 75 Euro for 2 people including full breakfast from our menu / single occupancy 50 Euro per night

• More than 10 days before arrival – No obligation
• 5 to 10 days before arrival – 10% Cancellation Fee
• 2 to 4 days before arrival – 20% Cancellation Fee
• Less than 2 Days before arrival – Cancellation Fee = Room Cost of First Nights Stay

• Children under 2 in a cot – free of charge
• Children under 3 in existing bed – free of charge
