There are five fully en-suite guest bedrooms each with its own TV and hair dryer. Heated towel rails are fitted in the shower rooms.  All beds are Sealy Crown Jewels so a comfortable night should be enjoyed by all.  There is ample car parking available on the site as well as on street parking. Free Wi Fi is available throughout the house. Tea and coffee making facilities are available in the guest dining room.  Early departing guests can serve themselves continental breakfast – tea/coffee, cereal, fruit, yogurt, bread in the dining room. Full Irish or continental breakfast is served between 08.00 and 09.30 every morning.

The house is located about 5 mins walk from Swords Main St and about 3 miles from Dublin Airport.

There is a scheduled service of buses to the city, the nearest bus stop is about 200 yards away from the house.
