Hazelbrook is a detached, two storey purpose built Bed and Breakfast located in the beautiful and highly accredited town, Westport, County Mayo, Ireland. Hazelbrook is just a 5 minute walk to town and a 5 minute walk to the Great Western Greenway, walking and cycling route from Westport to Achill. The proprietors Mary and John Cafferkey have many years experience in the catering and tourism industry, therefore our guests can be guaranteed ‘five star’ hospitality and service.
Furthermore, Hazelbrook is unique in that guests can avail of Holistic Therapies from within the onsite Therapy Suite, including: ‘Aromatherapy’, ‘Massage’ and ‘Reflexology’. Hazelbrook is approved by The Irish Tourist Board and we are members of B&B Ireland, Gulliver, Stilwells, Ireland West and Westport Tourism. Finally, we are Guide du Routard recommended.

All our en suite bedrooms are tastefully decorated, warm, cosy and quiet with television, clock radio, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries.

Enjoy our beautiful front and back landscaped gardens complete with elevated Decking, overlooking our carefully designed organic garden and secluded suntrap. There is a wide selection of garden furniture for your relaxation.
Our Dining Room
Here you will eat in a friendly and relaxing environment. We guarantee you a home from home atmosphere. John & Mary are both qualified chefs so you can be guaranteed a hearty breakfast. Hazelbrook has something to appeal to all tastes, we cater for all Dietary and special needs/requirements. Breakfast times are from 8 am till 10 am. Earlier Breakfast can be arranged.
Kitchenette
We have a fully equipped kitchenette which is specifically for our guests use. Here you can make light meals, packed lunches etc. This little kitchen have proved a gem with our Guests over the years. It is one of the most useful and used of our facilities. Several of our guests have called it “invaluable”.
Our Guest Lounge
Feel free to relax by a log fire in our lounge or watch television, read a book, listen to music or just relax after a long day on the road beside our open fire.
Other Facilities
We have several other facilities available to our guests. We have a public phone. We have off street parking for up to 8 vehicles. Outside there is a beautiful landscaped garden with plenty of garden furniture for guests to relax on. There is also a garden shed suitable for the safe storage of bicycles, fishing gear and tackle, wet gear, diving suits and equipment, surf boards and the like.
