Our eggs are local organic, our salmon is sourced from Union Hall smoked fish co. (west Cork), our yogurt is Greek organic (Irish produced). We use top quality Irish bacon and herbs grown in our own garden. Our menu varies with the seasons, in winter steaming porridge and in summer locally caught fresh mackerel when available.
