Hello and welcome from Mary and Ger Glynn, owners of Twin Oaks Bed and Breakfast. Our ambition when we started this business back in 1995 was to promote Ireland and the Irish way of life to all our visitors, and we continue to do so.

Each guest room contains our brochure giving information concerning Kilkenny and the surrounding area with regards to Restaurants, Bars, Music Venues, Attractions, Historical sites, Craft centres, Woodland walks, Shopping etc.

We are here to help you enjoy your stay in Kilkenny and in Ireland, so if there is any information you may need please feel free to enquire.

Accomodation here at Twin Oaks includes a triple, or family room en-suite, a double room en-suite, and a double standard room with it`s own private bathroom. Relax in the evening after your travels in our comfortable guest lounge, where there is a selection of books and TV is available.

Breakfast is served in our spacious dining room. There is ample private parking, and the main national roads are just 2 kilometers from our house. Being away from the main road guarantees you a good sleep, with no traffic noise.

All rooms have electric blankets on the beds for the COOLER nights of Spring and early Summer. Hair dryers are provided in each room.

The gardens are for the use of our guests with an interesting and unusual selection of Trees, Shrubs herbacious perennials, and rockery plants

Tea and coffee making facilities are available and should you require a taxi, we can order it for you.
