One of Ireland’s  finest hotels, the Bush started life as an Inn and resting point for tired travellers and their weary horses on the Bianconi Stage Coach route between Dublin and the Northwest. Today the tradition of Inn keeping continues and the Hotel has been sympathetically and sensitively restored.

We enjoy a town centre location fronting onto the high street of the vibrant, cultural and historic town of Carrick on Shannon but back onto  gardens, private parking to the town by- pass and river Shannon and it’s stunning riverside marinas, walks and parks.

The Hotel is privately owned and managed by ourselves, the Dolan family and our mission is simply to provide all of our customers with exceptional  honest, ethical and personal service in a respectful and sustainable way (after all you give us our livelihood!).
